TSARSI is a global service and resource solutions company providing integrated human resources, including engineering, drafting, estimating, and administration, to the construction industry across the U.S. and Australia.
When I joined the team, the company was in its early stages with an outdated visual presence. Taking full ownership of their visual direction, I led a complete rebranding initiative from the ground up. This comprehensive project encompasses everything from a modernized logo and robust brand guidelines to a full website redesign and all corporate marketing collateral, establishing a cohesive and world-class brand identity.
The Challenge
TSARSI was rapidly expanding its operations to serve large-scale organizations in the U.S. and Australia. However, their existing visual identity—anchored by an old-school logo—did not reflect the modern, world-class standard of their services. The challenge was to completely dismantle the outdated look and build a cohesive, authoritative brand from scratch that would instantly build trust with international stakeholders.
The Solution & Strategy
To position TSARSI as an industry leader, I developed a strategy focused on structural clarity, modern aesthetics, and global appeal. The goal was to create a visual language that felt both engineered (reflecting the construction industry) and human-centric (reflecting their HR solutions).
